1. Order Cancellation Policy

a) Digital Products (PDFs / Soft Copies)
Digital products include:
- Assignment solutions
- Project reports
- Notes and e-books
- Any downloadable academic material
Once a digital product is delivered or the download link is shared, the order cannot be
cancelled or refunded.
This is because digital content cannot be returned or revoked once accessed.
Orders for:
- Handwritten assignments
- Printed books
- Physical study materials
Cancellation is allowed only if the order has NOT been dispatched.
Once the product is dispatched or handed over to the courier service, cancellation is not
possible.
2. Returns Policy
a) Digital Products
- Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Incomplete order received
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or proof.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Downloaded or accessed digital products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Orders returned without prior approval
4. Refund Policy
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping or courier charges are non-refundable
Refunds are provided only in genuine and verified cases, at the discretion of the institute.
