Welcome to Kushi Institute Of Education Centre. This Book Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which books purchased from or issued by the institute may be returned or exchanged.
Books are eligible for return or exchange only if they are unused, in original condition, and free from damage such as writing, torn pages, stains, or missing content.
Requests for book returns must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase or issue. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Exchanges are allowed only for incorrect or defective books issued by the institute. The replacement will be subject to availability.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. Processing time may take up to 7–10 working days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect book, please report the issue immediately to the institute administration with proof of purchase.
Kushi Institute Of Education Centre reserves the right to modify or update this Returns Policy at any time without prior notice.
